Shipping and Other Charges
All shipping charges are based on package weight, dimension, handling fees, and delivery location.
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 10am on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. All shipping methods are calculated in business days. Weekend delivery is not available. Shipping within the United States and Canada are made by UPS ground services, unless otherwise specified. A signature is required to receive all shipments! Please allow for 8 to 10 business days for delivery on regular ground shipping. Should there be any delays, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
Mountain Range Products is obligated to charge a 6.25% Utah sales tax on all items that are delivered to a Utah address.
MOUNTAIN RANGE PRODUCTS DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY OF ANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS NOT CLEARING CUSTOMS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

We do NOT offer refunds. Please, be certain of your selections. We will gladly replace any defective product WITH THE SAME PRODUCT provided you call the day your package arrives. Simply place the defective item in its' oriiginal shipping container with an explanation of the defect and mail it to: Mountain Range Products, 1878 East 1050 South, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660. A Return Authorization Number will be needed. Call to obtain.
